The World’s Best Brain Boosting Ingredients

We believe a happy, healthy brain is an indelible part of a happy, healthy life. And we don’t subscribe to the idea that foggy thinking, occasional forgetfulness or problems staying focused are simply an “unavoidable part of getting older.”

The truth is, there are steps you can take that have been shown to improve memory, enhance concentration and boost overall brain power. Some of them are better known: get good quality sleep, manage stress, and exercise regularly. And yet, what many people don’t account for is the things we put in our body that can have an impact on our brain. And that’s why we created Youthful Brain, our one-of-a-kind brain health supplement designed to give you the best brain of your life.

Now, there’s no shortage of brain supplements on the market promising to speed up thinking and clear away that unwanted “brain fog.” So what makes Youthful Brain different?

We believe what sets us apart is that we take a science and evidence-based approach to discovering the finest tools that are available for us to use. The premium ingredients inside Youthful Brain are backed by clinical research showing they can help increase circulation to the brain and boost overall cognitive function. There are no shortcuts here: our ingredients are the highest-grade of their kind, hand-selected for purity and potency.

Let’s take a look at these ingredients and what makes Youthful Brain so uniquely effective.

Bacopa Monnieri

Bacopa Monnieri is a plant indigenous to various parts of the U.S. and Asia. It has been a highly valued plant in Ayurveda dating back to 500 AD, used traditionally for treating a variety of issues including anxiety, cognitive performance, indigestion, blood sugar problems, depression, inflammation and even anti-aging.

Although the whole plant is considered to have medicinal properties, research has shown that a class of saponins called bacopa glycosides are responsible for the therapeutic effects specifically for brain health. That’s why many bacopa products on the market lack effectiveness. The bacopa plant in Youthful Brain contains a minimum of 50% bacopa glycosides, and is far superior to other bacopa ingredients that are available.

Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract

This plant has been used extensively for centuries as an effective way to enhance memory. The leaves contain glycosides and terpenoids which have a neuro-protective and anti-stress effect on the brain. Chinese cultures have been using ginkgo for thousands of years to power-up short-term memory, improve attention span, and boost mood.

You’ll find ginkgo biloba in numerous brain products. What makes the ginkgo in Youthful Brain so much better is the strict standardization of the active compounds in our formula. We require a larger amount of flavone glycosides and terpene lactones to be present in every batch of ginkgo - enough to match the amount used in numerous clinical studies - to meet our standards. And it shows in the efficacy of our product.

Huperzine A

Huperzine A is an alkaloid compound that is found in a species of moss native to India. It has been studied for its ability to improve memory and protect nerve cells.1 It works by curbing an enzyme called organophosphates that can degrade acetylcholine in the brain. By curbing this enzyme, huperzine A provides support that allows the brain to retain acetylcholine longer. In 20 random clinical trials, it was concluded that huperzine A does have beneficial effects on the improvement of cognitive function and daily living activity.2

Phosphatidylserine (PS)

PS is often referred to as “the memory molecule” in health circles.

What PS does is essentially support the replacement of old and broken cell membranes with new tissue. PS is also a building block of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. PS is quite literally a “brain nutrient,” that is an integral component to the structure of the brain and spinal cord.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 has been linked to improved mental health, even as one ages, while helping to promote consistent energy, better mood, and more. The exact dosage of vitamin B12 in Youthful Brain is ideal for boosting cognitive strength enjoying the aforementioned benefits.3 4 5 6 7

Moreover, the form of B12 makes a big difference. You’ll often see the cyanocobalamin form of B12 in many supplement formulas. This is a synthetic form of the vitamin that requires your body to convert it into the active form of B12 in order to be used. There are many people who are unable to convert this form of B12 into its active form. That’s why in Youthful Brain, we insist on using the methylcobalamin form of B12.

Scientifically-formulated, doctor-tested, and doctor-approved - Youthful Brain was created because we see the value in providing the very best nutrients, clinically validated for their ability to refresh and rejuvenate a tired, aging brain. Getting older is something to be treasured, not feared. And with a brain running at optimal levels, we can make your “Golden Years” a little more golden.
