I’ve been dealing with interrupted sleep for many years. Because of this my doctor recently sent me for a sleep study where I was told I was a shallow sleeper that does not reach REM sleep very often or at all some nights. I’ve tried many sleep aids, supplements, prescriptions, and all have not helped with my sleep issues. I've deeply struggled with sleep over the last 3 years. I've been a user of the Oura sleep tracking ring for over 3 years and study what affects my sleep religiously. Having small children and a lot of work stress just broke my ability to sleep.
